The Group
Our company is a group of six companies in Hong Kong and China. Our corporate headquarters is in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong, which covers about 1,020 sq. m. (11,000 sq. ft.). We employ over 60 employees in various divisions such as Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Engineering, Shipping and Accounting.
Our two most recognized companies are
Motormax Toy Factory Ltd. and Red Box Toy Factory Ltd.
Production Facilities
3 production plants and 1 mould-making factory located in Dongguan and Heyuan, China.
Our factories are the strength of our company. They cover an area of about 150,000 sq.m. (approx. 1,600,000 sq.ft.) of land, and employ about 3,000 workers. To ensure the highest quality control, manufacturing efficiency and cost effectiveness, we use a high vertically-integrated production and distribution process that includes designing, prototyping, engineering, tooling, manufacturing, marketing, and distributing our products in and from our own factories and offices.
Our Brands
Our mission is to design, manufacture and sell high-quality toys at affordable prices to customers all over the world.
We do this on an Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), or Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) basis. Simply, this means you may have bought toys we produced for one of our partners under their own brand name. However, for many years, we produced and distributed toys that children and adults enjoyed under two major brand names: "RED BOX" and "MOTORMAX.” Both brands are available in most major retailers across over 120 countries.

For over 20 years, MOTORMAX has specialized in manufacturing highly detailed, officially licensed, collectible die-cast and plastic replicas and model kits of various vehicles. MOTORMAX produces model cars and motorcycles in scales such as 1:12, 1:18, 1:24, 1:48 & 1:64. We also produce model airplanes, helicopters, and ships as small as 3-inch and as large as 29-inch.
Besides the 500 different vehicle replicas and model kits we produce, we manufacture a variety of plastic toy playsets and children’s role play toys. These products are available in our standard “MOTORMAX” packaging, or in OEM and private-label packaging.
RED BOX has produced a broad range of high-quality, plastic, soft, and electronic toys for children of all ages for over 30 years. Featuring a full line of over 500 toys for infants, toddlers, boys, and girls, all of our toys are ready year-round, and are available in our standard “RED BOX” packaging or private label packaging for your retail and merchandising needs.
